2026-09-04 時点の公開プロフィールを実際に見て、検索での露出まで確かめたうえでの提案です。左が現状の再現、右が改善後のイメージ。番号は下の説明と対応しています。
お客さんの9割は海外の方なので、英語 UI での見え方で比べます。右の赤い番号は「いま欠けているもの」、ピンクの番号は「足すもの」です。
優先度は「効果 × いますぐできるか」。赤（今すぐ）は営業に実害が出ているもの。
いまは毎日 16:00–22:00 が通年で登録され、9月の今も「営業中」と出ています。実際は12月上旬〜3月上旬だけ。夏に来た人が閉まった店の前に立ち、その体験は低評価クチコミになります。
メインカテゴリが「レストラン」だけなので、「rental car akakura」「luggage storage akakura」で検索しても NINJA は一切出ません（下の証拠）。3つの事業のうち2つが Google 上に存在していない状態です。
いまは「ウェブサイトを追加してください」と Google 自身が催促している状態。行き先がないので、興味を持った人がその場で離れます。
?utm_source=google&utm_medium=gbp を付けて、どれだけ来ているか測れるようにします。「From the business」が空。何の店か、何ができるかを Google に伝える唯一の文章が無い状態です。上の英文はサイトのコピーと同じ思想で書いた案です。
いまの店頭写真は「ONIGIRI / SAKE」ののぼりが主役です。クチコミにも「看板がおにぎりだけなので夕食の店だと思わなかった」という声があり、夕食・日本酒バーとして見つけてもらえていない可能性があります。
レンタカーと荷物は「いくらか」が最初の疑問。カテゴリを足すと「サービス」欄が使えるので、サイトと同じ料金を載せます。
いまは「イートイン・テイクアウト・LGBTQ フレンドリー」の3つだけ。属性は検索のフィルタ（例: 「予約可」「駐車場あり」）に直接効きます。
Q&A は誰でも質問・回答できる欄なので、放置すると他人が間違った答えを書けます。よく聞かれることをオーナーが先に書いておくのが定石です。
全件に返信しているのは強みです。ただ返信が日本語なので、英語圏のお客さんには機械翻訳で届いています。23件は近隣の Noren（39件）より少なく、件数を増やす余地があります。
投稿は Google 上の「生きている店」の証明です。いまはゼロ。難しく考えず、Instagram に上げたものの中から1枚を転用します。
Instagram もサイトも NINJA Myoko で統一する方針なので Google も揃えたいところ。ただし Google の規約では名称に業種や宣伝を足すことが禁止で、変更すると再確認（ハガキやビデオ）が入ることがあります。
お客さんが打ちそうな言葉で Google マップを検索し、上位に何が出るかを見ました。
村上が管理者権限をもらってやる分と、古澤さんの運用に残す分を分けました。「レクチャー」は納品時に対面で。

Family-run onigiri & sake bar on the main street of Akakura Onsen, Myoko — and the village's base for visitors: 4WD rental cars with snow tires, luggage storage and airport delivery. Two seatings a night, a five-meter shared table where people from six countries end up talking, and over 40 sakes from Niigata breweries. Tuna mayo onigiri is the one people write home about. Vegetarian, vegan and gluten-free are all possible with notice — we check with the kitchen rather than guess. English spoken. Open December to early March.
Q: Do I need an International Driving Permit to rent a car? A: Yes for most countries, including Australia and New Zealand — get it at home before you fly; it can't be issued in Japan. Drivers from Switzerland, Germany, France, Belgium, Monaco, Taiwan, Slovenia and Estonia need an official Japanese translation of their license instead. Q: Can I send my bags to the airport? A: Yes. Bring them to us at least 5 days before your flight. Narita and Haneda ¥5,500 per bag, Kansai ¥6,500. Q: Is there parking? A: Free parking beside the shop. Q: Do you accommodate dietary restrictions? A: Vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free and dairy-free — please message us before you come so we can check with the kitchen. Q: Are children welcome? A: All evening, yes. Tell us how many adults and children when you book — it changes how we arrange the seating. Q: Do I need to book? A: Mid-season, yes — two seatings a night and tables go.
